But my first chance on Risotto turned out amazing.. more like decadent. So Mr. E had at least half a dinner! I got the recipe from a cookbook called the Vegetarian Bible given to me from my friend Leslie as a birthday gift. All the recipes look wonderful and I can't wait to try them all!
